The Labská XX project comprises 21 self-service non-smoking apartments* in the Deluxe, 1bedroom suite, Junior suite** categories located directly on the slopes of the Labská Ski Resort. The apartments on the ground floor and first floor have their own terrace equipped with garden furniture. On the second floor you will enjoy a magnificent view of the surroundings through large panoramic windows.

Thanks to the self-service mode of accommodation, you do not have to rush and it is up to you when you arrive.

To enter the building, you use the code that was sent to you at the time of your reservation, and the check-in process is easily handled at the reception kiosk on the ground floor.

Your hotel card will be issued automatically once you have completed the authorisation and paid the sojourn tax.

Throughout your visit, continuous cleaning of all common areas is taken care of.

The actual cleaning of the apartment will take place after your departure. The rooms are not cleaned during the stay.

Labská XX not only provides accommodation services, but also takes care of the facilities for your equipment.

You can store your skis or snowboard on the ground floor in lockable boxes with the possibility of drying your shoes.

For bicycles, there are wall brackets in the underground garage equipped with a contactless lock. Here you can recharge your e-bike or do minor servicing.

Parking for your car is available in the private car park directly in front of the building...

In the winter months, due to the location of the apartment building, you need to take into account the need to use snow chains.

In case of calamitous conditions, we will take care of your transportation from the municipal parking lot.

Activities & surroundings

The immediate surroundings of the Labská XX Project offer both sports activities and places for relaxation and rest

Lovers of downhill skiing will appreciate the direct accessibility of the Labská Ski Resort with its red ski slope and three-seater chairlift. Thanks to it, cross-country skiers can easily reach Horní Mísečky, where they can get on the Krkonoše Trail.

The connection with the Medvědín and Sv. Petr ski resorts is provided by a ski bus with a stop just below the slope. In the summer months, there is a 120 m long zip line (map) directly on the dam for adrenaline enthusiasts. Fishing enthusiasts will appreciate the wonderful trout fishing area.

All year round, you can use the service of the two hotel resorts Pinia (map) and Amenity (map), which are located in the immediate vicinity. They offer not only gastronomic but also wellness services including an indoor pool and sauna.

Špindlerův Mlýn offers much more in the way of sport and entertainment, of course.
