Accommodation Regulations
Arrival (check-in)
On the basis of a confirmed and paid order, the accommodation provider is obliged to accommodate the client on the date specified in the reservation, from 16:00 h. From this time on, the room is reserved for the client, unless otherwise specified in the order. Any earlier accommodation is possible only by prior arrangement and the current availability of the apartment.
Departure (check-out)
Guests check out in the morning by 10:00 a.m. The guest is obliged to vacate the apartment and parking space by this time. If the guest fails to do so, the hotel is entitled to charge the guest for late check-out, namely:
- 50% of the room rate per night in case of late check-out between 10:00-13:00.
- 100% of the room rate per night in case of late check-out after 13:00.
In the eventthat the client is not present, the accommodation provider reserves the right to vacate and store the guest's belongings in the presence of two representatives of the accommodation in order to make the room available for the next reservation.
Facilities Apartment
Each apartment is equipped with a private bathroom with shower. Basic personal hygiene products (shower gel and shampoo) including towels and bath towels are provided. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen including a Nespresso coffee machine and basic kitchen equipment. Smart TV, wifi and a hotel safe are also included .
Parking
For guest parking there are reserved outdoor parking spaces next to the property and parking spaces in the garage.
Entrance to garages with snow chains on is strictly prohibited!
Hotel Card
The hotel card issued at the self-service reception after booking and payment of the sojourn tax serves as an access "key" to all reserved areas during the stay:
- main entrance to of the building apartment
- ski room (lockable box)
- garage (lockable holder bicycle bicycle) garage entrance (for clients s parking parking space)
- It also serves as a switch for the central control of electricity in the apartment. In case of its loss, please contact the accommodation provider.

Pets are not allowed.
Night peace
From 22:00 to 07:00, guests are obliged to respect the night-time silence. If a guest under the influence of alcohol or drugs does not guarantee compliance with the accommodation rules, he/she may be restricted from entering the property. Repeat of this situation will be grounds for termination of the accommodation of such person.
Housekeeping Services
The apartment is cleaned only before the arrival and after the departure of the guest. The apartment is not cleaned during the stay as part of the standard service. Trash will be left in the guest's trash can until departure or taken to the designated area at the entrance to the garage (sorted waste containers).
Gastronomic Services
There are no restaurant facilities on site .
Damages caused by during stay
The client is liable for any damage caused to the property of the accommodation provider by himself or by persons using the accommodation or other services of the accommodation provider either with the knowledge of the client or to whom the client has granted access to the hotel. The guest is obliged to report the damage by phone and pay the corresponding fee. This entitlement also applies to damage that is discovered after the guest has left. The property is not responsible for the personal belongings, motor vehicles and bicycles of guests. It is not responsible for personal belongings left behind or forgotten, nor is it responsible for lost money, electronics or other valuables. The property recommends using the hotel's safe to store valuables to minimize any losses.
Electrical appliances a equipment
It is not allowed to move appliances and equipment without the consent of the accommodation provider or to interfere with the electrical network in any way. For safety reasons, guests may only use their own electrical appliances in the apartment, namely those used for personal hygiene (shavers, hair dryers...) and personal computers, mobile phone chargers, tablets, etc. Guests staying at the hotel are obliged to follow the fire safety guidelines.
Smoking premises a Handling s Fire
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the property. The terraces of each apartment and the common terrace on the 1st floor of the building are designated as smoking areas. In case of violation of the ban, the operator reserves the right to a fine of CZK 5,000 / € 200. In case of repeated violation, the operator reserves the right to immediately terminate the guest's stay without any refund or compensation of accommodation. Any manipulation with fire and fireworks is prohibited in the vicinity of the accommodation facility.
Stay children a other Information
Each time the guest leaves the room, he/she closes the windows (patio door) and cuts the electricity supply by removing the hotel card from the BOT sensor.
For safety reasons, children under the age of twelve may not remain in the room or other areas of the hotel without adult supervision. Any damage caused by children is the full responsibility of their legal guardian. It is forbidden to carry or keep weapons in all areas of the property .
